Course Overview:

This course provides an in-depth exploration of the intersection between artificial intelligence and law enforcement. Information will be presented on emerging AI applications such as facial recognition, predictive analytics, natural language processing, automated monitoring systems, and data-driven decision-making tools. The course emphasizes real-world use cases alongside ethical, legal, and social considerations, including bias in algorithms, privacy rights, proportionality in surveillance, and implications for civil liberties.

Through case studies, policy reviews, and hands-on discussions, participants will gain critical insights into how AI is both shaping and being shaped by law enforcement practices globally.
