Labor and Sex Trafficking Investigations 
Course information:

Human Trafficking is crime that why prevalent in our country is often misunderstood. This course is designed to inform officers about the crime of human trafficking, with a focus on sex and labor trafficking, how traffickers recruit and control their victims, and the unique victimology that occurs in these cases.  
Course Instructor: Blaine Phillips

Blaine Phillips, Agent in Charge with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics

Blaine Phillips has served in law enforcement for 20 years. Blaine has spent much of that career working at the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics Human Trafficking Division. In 2019 Blaine was promoted to an Agent in Charge and is currently supervising a narcotics unit.
